Shipping, exchanges and returns

To send our orders we have the services of CORREOS EXPRESS and CORREOS ESPAÑA.

Our priority is that you are always informedof the as accurate as possible of how long it will take to have your order ready.

Our website informs you about the available stock of all our products, recreational shoes, stockings, buckles, etc. Unfortunately we are a very small company and our products are mostly artisan and very specialized. We make the smallest and largest shoe sizes to order. But do not worry!! The good is always waiting.

Jewelry or highly personalized products may take a little longer, or on certain holiday dates of our artisans extend manufacturing deadlines. If this happens, don't worry, we will always keep you informed. Once your order is ready, we will send it through the method you selected when placing your order.

Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla? What happens with these destinations?

Balearic Islands:

We are in Valencia, so theshipping to the Islands The Balearic Islands have a small surcharge and take 72 hours. We try to offer you the cheapest and fastest service possible, and at the moment we do not have better options. But we are working to make it possible in the future.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

We can send you through Correos Express or from Correos España by means of a certified package. Unfortunately there is an intermediate customs procedure that is totally alien to us. The shipping cost for us is the same in one way or another, but for you it is more convenient to receive the order through certified mail, because although it is slower, customs has not given us any problems to date.

On the other hand, although we ALWAYS send the order with the corresponding documentation through private messaging, it has happened to us that when the order arrives at its destination, they have charged our client for package management procedures at customs. It is a cost that is completely beyond our control and that we cannot take care of. Therefore,  although we offer you both options, we recommend you choose Correos España with which we have had no problems so far.

International shipping?

Of course... we are very excited that you trust our products being so many kilometers away. And you want to share our madness!!

We work with Correos Express and Correos España. And we are going to offer you both options. Or if you have a company that you like better, we will talk to them and tell you the cost.

National Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges and returns. If the size does not fit you or the product does not convince you (andwe really want you to like it what we do, because we put a lot of loveinto it) we don't want you to keep it. Send it to us!!

We will take care of sending you the size change for free or we will refund the full amount of your order.

Sorry tell you that we are not responsible for the cost of sending the order to our facilities, but we don't care how you get it to us. As long as it is in perfect condition!! You can use certified package shipping, which is the cheapest means, or even bring it to our warehouse personally. But please remember!To make the exchange or return we need to receive the product.

And it has to be inPerfect condition, We cannot accept exchanges and returns of used or damaged products. We ask that you please try on the shoes on a carpet, so as not to mark or damage them.

You have 15 days to decide on your purchasefrom when you receive the package. If you end up not wanting it or need a change, contact us at info@anacronicos.com.

Changes and International Returns

We accept exchanges and returns. Of course we do! We don't want you to be left with a product that doesn't fit what you need. Although seriously, we put a lot of love into it!!

Unfortunately we are a small company and all our manufacturing is National. Although nothing would make us more excited than to be able to send you the change for free, we cannot afford it. You will have to pay the postage from Spain to your destination for us to send you your size change.

That is why we recommend our international buyers make payments through PayPal . The Return Expense Reimbursement service can help you cover part of these expenses.

You will have to send the product to our facilities. Remember that we are located in Spain! We remind you that we don't care how you get it to us. As long as it is in perfect condition!! But we insist a lot on this point. Please!  to make the exchange or return we need to receive the product.

And it has to be in  perfect condition . Neither used nor damaged.Be careful when trying on our shoes, and when packing them to send them back to us.

What is the difference between using CORREOS EXPRESS and CORREOS ESPAÑA?

Correos Express is a company private messaging. It has its advantages such as they come to pick us up at our warehouse and in 24 hours you have your order at home if the destination is mainland Spain. And the deadlines if the destination is Islands or International are short. Another advantage is that if they do not find you at your home, they will make up to 3 delivery attempts, arranging an appointment with you by SMS, e-mail or telephone.

Con CORREOS EXPRESS you will have your package the day after we have it ready.

Correos España is the national postal service of Spain. It has cheaper options for shipping packages, but they take longer to deliver them to you. If you are not at home when they are going to deliver it to you, you will have to go to your post office to pick it up. And since they don't pick them up at our warehouse, we go TWO times a week to deliver the shipments to the Post Office (Tuesday and Thursday). If you place your order on a Friday, we will prepare it but it will ship out on Tuesday of the following week. Another disadvantage is that Correos España's delivery times are longer. A package destined for Spain may take about 3 days.

With Correos España your order will take approximately 7 days to reach you.
